Mary McAleese , current President of Ireland is passionate about handknitting and has always enjoyed knitting with our Donegal Tweed collections. For a number of years she has attended the summer Irish Language school “Oideas Gael” based in Glencolmkille .We were delighted to get the opportunity to present her with some of our latest Merino products designed and produced for the Debbie Bliss Luxury Tweed collection. We would like to extend our best wishes to her as outgoing President and hope she enjoys many hours of knitting with the modern designs created using our yarns.
